Gestido is a musician who has always navigated between several styles: on the one hand, she is a professional classical violist trained at the Royal College of Music in London, but on the other hand she has always been close to pop/rock from an early age.

Her interest in music went beyond the classical world and she went on to collaborate, record and tour with artists such as Sting, The Posies, David Bisbal, Ilegales, Dominic Miller, Ken Stringfellow, Chick Corea and Jonas Blue among others, record numerous soundtracks and compose for audiovisuals. All of her experiences both professionally and personally led her to found her own musical project.

In 2012 he put himself in the hands of Juan de Dios Martín, to produce his debut EP Me Escapare. After that first EP, Gestido reappeared on the music scene with an LP, Empezar de Nuevo (2013), an album that revitalized national pop/rock where his viola played a fundamental role achieving a different sound.

In 2014 he recorded another EP entitled Donde sople el viento, with which he continued experimenting until presenting another album Too Many Ways (2016), produced by Sergio Rodríguez (Deltonos) and mastered at Mastertips Studios in Madrid by Juan Hidalgo. The album was entirely in English due to Gestido's residency in London at that time.

In December 2020, and in the midst of the pandemic, he released a new EP entitled Autocontrol, under the direction and production of Jorge Martínez (leader of Ilegales) and published by his label, La Casa del Misterio.

With a new twist, he continues to experiment with his sound and from there his latest album “La vida me queda muy grande” (2024) was born: more electronic, without holds barred and ready to bring the audience to its feet.
